Download the Monster Fit App from the App Store or scan the QR code on the packaging to download the app. The app is your smart companion on the journey of a healthy life. It is the control center for your Monster Smartwatch and helps you to register and create an account, Bluetooth pairing, set-up notifications, sync activity tracking data, and more. The app has an amazing feature of maintaining logs of your daily activities. The 3 stages of sleep pattern log gives you a better understanding of sleep related health issues.

In addition to this, it helps you to set-up various features and monitors the following activities:
1.Step count, and calorie monitoring.
2.Health activities like heart rate monitoring, yoga along with elliptical workout monitoring, and breathing rate.
3.Multi-Sport modes like outdoor and indoor running, cycling etc.
4.Set-up alarms and sedentary alerts.
5.Get notifications for SMS, emails, and incoming calls.
6.Set-up customized watch faces.

Battery usage:
Since Monster Fit will synchronize watch data in the background, it may affect your battery consumption. Nevertheless, we are trying to minimize the impact on battery consumption.

Apple Health:
The app integrates the Apple Health function. You may need to agree to authorize to write or read data to Apple Health. We will pop up a window to ask for your permission when needed.
